Housing/Roommate Needed in Manhattan, Kansas

I am looking for someone to take my room in a four bedroom duplex (all roommates are attending Kansas State). I am moving out of my duplex in December because I have a job out of town and would like to move closer to the town. The duplex is located over by the Eisenhower Middle School, has a fenced in backyard, garage, and parking in the driveway. All of the bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a bathroom, downstairs there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom/utility room (with a washer and dryer). All bills are split four ways, rent is $388.75, we have directv, AT&T internet, gas, water, electric, and trash that we pay for. If you have any questions feel free to ask!
