Subleaser Needed in Manhattan, Kansas

I'm looking for a sub leaser for one room in a 2 bedroom plus den house. It's technically a 3 bedroom but the den doesn't have a closest but it's good for storage. Must love dogs because I have a mini wiener dog and a boxer/lab mix. Gender doesn't matter to me as long as you don't mind living with a girl. You will have to put a deposit down of $497.50 and you will get that back when we move out. We get a discount on rent if it is paid on or before the first so it's $480 each. Water and trash is paid.
